Now Addis Ababa is the headquarters of a number of regional organizations such a s African Union (AU), United Nations Economic Commission on Africa (UNECA), and many others. The high number of regional and international organizations and foreign embassies in Addis Ababa have positive impacts to Ethiopia's political and economic development (Teuku Taufiquihadi, Member of House of Representatives, 2014-2019). There are views that Indonesian youngsters who work abroad will forget their motherland, and will cause brain drain and et cetera. For me it is an obsolete idea. I believe in brain circulation, including linkages, in the form of capital, ideas, thoughts, business networking and joint-ventures (Dr. Edo Mahendra, Young Professional, United Nations Secretariat, New York. In 2017-2019 working for UNECA-Addis Ababa).
